The team from Oz Braai are bringing the taste of South Africa to Sydney with their cooking demos.Clinton will be cooking pork belly, Boerewors, braai bread, and steaks all seasoned with South African spices and cooked on South African wood and charcoal. Follow the smell of the fire and experience a proper South African braai! Demos and tastings all weekend at the Show.
